Return Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The product arrived in a damaged or defective state.
• The delivered item is different from what was ordered.

Return Guidelines

• Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened, and with intact packaging.
• If the package has been opened or used, it will not be eligible for a return.
• Customers must inform us about any return request on the same day of receiving the order via email.
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the delivery date.
• Shipping and packaging costs are non-refundable.
• The customer is responsible for returning the product safely at their own cost. Only the product value will be refunded.
• Once we receive and verify the returned item, the refund process will be initiated.

Refund Policy

Once the returned item reaches our store and passes inspection, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-15 working days.
• Refunds are applicable only for the product cost; any shipping or handling fees will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

For cancellation, send an email with the subject Order Cancellation to paizhncholai@gmail.com with the following details:

• Order ID
• Reason for cancellation

In case of cancellation, transaction charges (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.
